As the VET centers organizing the mobility of your apprentices, it’s up to you to draw up agreements for the provision of services, for stays of less than four weeks, or for standby services, for mobilities exceeding this duration. In France, these agreements must be drawn up in French. In order to be understood and signed by your European partners, it is also necessary to include an English version, sometimes in the official language of the host country.
Based on the model agreements published by the orders of January 22, 2020 of the Delegate General for Employment and Vocational Training, specimen agreements in English have been drawn up by a sworn translator requested by EAM . ( To download below)
