Your digital companion for monitoring and enhancing the value of apprenticeship mobilities
Developed by Euro App Mobility in collaboration with Diagoriente as part of the MONA – My Apprenticeship in Europe project, EAM Connect supports apprentices at every stage of their mobility: from preparing for their stay to post-experience feedback, including monitoring and enhancing the value of acquired skills.
The MONA project aims to remove barriers to European mobility for apprentices and to institutionalize a unified European status for apprentices. It is with this in mind that this platform was designed, to facilitate the management of mobilities and strengthen their recognition within training pathways.
Its objective: to simplify mobility management to make it smoother, better monitored, and more valued for each apprentice.
EAM Connect supports VET centers and their teams in implementing and monitoring apprentice mobility, and specifically offers
Structured support for each apprentice before, during, and after mobility.
A common monitoring tool shared by the mobility coordinator, the apprentice, and the training companies.
Concrete recognition of skills acquired abroad (technical, transversal, intercultural).
Secure centralization of administrative, monitoring, and feedback documents.
Strengthening peer connections through a community of connected and mobile learners.
Structured support for each apprentice before, during, and after mobility.

Manage the recognition of mobility according to the training’s skill blocks: correspondence with the VET center’s training.
Visualize the overall monitoring of mobilities via a dashboard : number of apprentices mobilized, destinations, status, impact indicators.
EAM Connect is fully aligned with Euro App Mobility’s mission: to promote European apprentice mobility and professionalize the stakeholders who support it (mobility coordinators, VET center directors, apprenticeship masters, HR tutors in companies, etc.).
With this digital companion, EAM aims to equip VET centers to facilitate the monitoring and recognition of the mobility period.
