Convincing recruiters through the "Employers' Club for a European Apprenticeship Area"

Founded in September 2024 at EPMT, under the patronage of the Medef president and with the support of CPME and U2P, the “Employers’ Club for a European Apprenticeship Area” is a tool for mobilizing employers.

It brings together economic and employment stakeholders committed to EAM or convinced, having experienced it, by the benefits of international apprentice mobility. By showcasing experiences in peer-to-peer events, the Club puts experienced employers in the presence of peers to convince, while giving a voice to apprentices and their apprenticeship masters.

This club, coordinated nationally by Jean-Christophe Sciberras, operates according to territorialized arrangements, relying on CFAs and their local employer communities. Each territorial structure is led by a spokesperson, invited to advocate to economic stakeholders to make international apprentice mobility a strategic lever and an attractiveness tool for recruiters.

Objectives

Mobilize Employers

Encourage companies to engage in mobility projects for the apprentices they employ.

Leveraging mobility for competitiveness and CSR

Promote apprentice mobility as a performance tool for companies, as well as a driver of sustainable commitment and equal opportunities.

Share Best Practices

Create a network of stakeholders (employers, employer groups, CFAs, training organizations, vocational high schools) to support outgoing and incoming mobility, exchange feedback, and find shared solutions for replacing apprentices on mobility programs.

Deploy at the Territorial Level

Roll out the club at the regional level to adapt actions to the specificities of employment areas and sectors, relying on EAM’s local partners.
