Application processing: EAM places candidates according to available places and declared priorities (region/sector balance, levels, etc.).

Flat-rate administrative fees (2025): €250 incl. VAT per skill block (excluding travel expenses for in-person sessions) to be paid by your affiliated organization.
Reminder: As soon as the first mobility programs are organized, the OPCOs pay the mandatory flat-rate contribution for mobility organization costs on the CFA side and the upskilling of the mobility coordinator (€500 minimum per apprentice on a mobility program).
Yes, the program is modular : you can take all or part of the blocks according to your experience and needs.
Depending on the skill, validation is done through MCQ-type tests and open questions or by drafting a deliverable rooted in your projects followed by an oral interview before a jury. The validation of a skill leads to the issuance of an Open Badge.
Yes, fostering a peer community is an objective of the program. Several channels are utilized: a private LinkedIn group bringing together the community of mobility coordinators, a MOBLT newsletter sent 4 times a year, etc.
Write to moblt@euroappmobility.eu (specifying your CFA/OF, your role, your expectations, and the targeted blocks).
