Valérie SAMMUT – CFA of the Academy of Toulouse
“This professional development program allowed me to strengthen my skills, structure my support, and break away from the isolation one can sometimes feel in this role. Exchanges with other coordinators, shared resources, and feedback were invaluable to me. Today, I feel more legitimate, more confident, and better equipped to guide apprentices. I highly recommend this program to those who are starting out: we learn, we share, we move forward together.”
Youssra LAMARA – Formerly mobility coordinator at the MFR of Charentay
The MOBLT program is a “MUST” for any mobility coordinator. It allows for strengthening and deepening skills, while offering the opportunity to exchange with colleagues from different institutions. These exchanges enrich practices and stimulate the desire to learn. Furthermore, the resources provided facilitate daily work and offer concrete tools to better support learners. It is a training that strengthens expertise, networking, and the quality of mobility projects.
Marie Thérèse ROUX – CFA UTEC CCI Seine et Marne
“This program allowed me to highlight my bad habits and challenge my certainties, confronting my mistakes and, above all, placing the reference frameworks at the center of mobility. This forced me to review my working methods and correct my errors. I regularly use the table on essential activities to implement within the framework of mobility—before, during, and after—to avoid getting sidetracked and, most importantly, to not rest on my laurels.”
