The MOBLT professionalization program is designed to meet the growing needs for coordination and organization of mobility projects within apprenticeship training organizations. This innovative initiative, supported by Euro App Mobility in partnership with the Erasmus+ France-Education Agency and several apprenticeship networks, aims to equip mobility coordinators with the necessary skills to effectively support these international projects.
The objective of the program is:
- to equip staff involved in European and international mobility;
- to create a community of mobility coordinators fostering the exchange of experiences and practices;
- to contribute to the recognition of the role;
- to promote the organization of international mobility for apprentices, at all levels, following the model of Erasmus exchanges in higher education.
Pre-registrations open until November 15, 2025 for the additional session
To meet the high demand for registrations recorded this year, Euro App Mobility is opening an additional session. It will allow candidates to join the program starting at the end of 2025 and access a complete range of modules.
This arrangement aims to give a new opportunity to candidates who could not join the C1 and C2 skill blocks during the September intake, dedicated respectively to the organization and management of mobility projects, and to the legal and regulatory framework. It also ensures a continuous pathway for those who wish to validate several modules throughout the year.
A tailored schedule
Schedule of the additional session:
-C3 in 2025
-C4 in January 2026
-C5 in March 2026
-C1 and C2 in May 2026*
*Finally, to meet the numerous requests concerning these already full blocks, a second edition is offered in May 2026. As the two competencies run simultaneously, candidates will therefore have to choose one or the other.

Valérie SAMMUT – CFA of the Academy of Toulouse
“This professional development program allowed me to strengthen my skills, structure my support, and break away from the isolation one can sometimes feel in this role. Exchanges with other coordinators, shared resources, and feedback were invaluable to me. Today, I feel more legitimate, more confident, and better equipped to guide apprentices. I highly recommend this program to those who are starting out: we learn, we share, we move forward together.”
Youssra LAMARA – Formerly mobility coordinator at the MFR of Charentay
The MOBLT program is a “MUST” for any mobility coordinator. It allows for strengthening and deepening skills, while offering the opportunity to exchange with colleagues from different institutions. These exchanges enrich practices and stimulate the desire to learn. Furthermore, the resources provided facilitate daily work and offer concrete tools to better support learners. It is a training that strengthens expertise, networking, and the quality of mobility projects.
Marie Thérèse ROUX – CFA UTEC CCI Seine et Marne
“This program allowed me to highlight my bad habits and challenge my certainties, confronting my mistakes and, above all, placing the reference frameworks at the center of mobility.This forced me to review my working methods and correct my errors. I regularly use the table on essential activities to implement within the framework of mobility—before, during, and after—to avoid getting sidetracked and, most importantly, to not rest on my laurels.”
