To strengthen its efforts in favor of European mobility for apprentices and trainees and to structure its service offering, Atlas is partnering with Euro App Mobility (EAM). Signed on November 5, 2025, for a period of three years, this partnership aims to expand access to mobility for apprentices and to support companies and CFAs in implementing long-term, high-quality mobility programs. It also seeks to enhance the skills of regional teams involved in promoting successful youth pathways.
“This partnership primarily aims to encourage future apprentices and trainees to no longer view international mobility as a mere option, but as a real, accessible, and tangible opportunity. We observe a significant increase of nearly 26% between 2023 and 2024 in funding requests related to mobility, indicating a strong enthusiasm for mobility. This is why this collaboration with Euro App Mobility is a real asset to effectively meet the needs of young people.“, states Marie Buard, President of Atlas.
“Mobility in Europe is not only a cultural opening: it is a lever for competitiveness and recruitment for businesses, as well as employability for young people. It is also a way to forge European professional networks and to bring all young people into contact with a concrete European citizenship, experienced in its reality. This partnership is part of a shared dynamic: that of a Europe that educates, connects, and empowers.”, affirms Jean Arthuis, President of Euro App Mobility
A Growing Dynamic for International Mobility (+26%)
Today, there is a dynamic in favor of international mobility: 13% of apprenticeship contracts signed include a funding request, representing a 26% increase between 2023 and 2024. This evolution demonstrates the growing interest of apprentices and companies in these open pathways, which represent a real opportunity for personal and professional development.
The objective is to develop concrete initiatives, highlight successful pathways, and facilitate access to resources for all stakeholders involved: apprentices, CFAs, companies, and regional teams.
Four Pillars to Engage Stakeholders in Structuring Accessible International Mobility
This partnership is based on four pillars:
Promote international mobility, training, and pathways to students from the moment they begin their apprenticeship, by highlighting successful experiences and making various opportunities visible. These concrete testimonials, shared by apprentices and companies, illustrate the personal and professional benefits of mobility. They will be published online on the Atlas website and on major guidance platforms (Atlas international mobility, Apprenticeship with Atlas, Future Designers, I Insure, I Count), to raise awareness and inform new candidates.
Support companies regarding opportunities and services associated with international mobility, by informing them about existing schemes, such as Erasmus+. This partnership also aims to facilitate their access to resources produced by Euro App Mobility (regulatory guides, scheme fact sheets, video testimonials, webinars, etc.).
Support CFAs in developing international mobility pathways and integrating them into existing training curricula. This involves strengthening their capacity to offer pathways adapted to the needs of learners and partnerships. Additionally, Atlas and Euro App Mobility contribute to connecting CFAs, companies, and professional sectors during interventions or events.
Professionalize the OPCO Atlas teams in the regions to effectively promote mobility schemes on the ground. Exchange sessions between Euro App Mobility teams and Atlas’s “Promotion of Trades and Apprenticeship” project managers allow for presenting Euro App Mobility’s services, sharing resources adapted to each audience, coordinating action calendars, and better informing all local stakeholders.
